Chapter 12 Tosin helped me up and i sat on the chair. He sat beside me and held my hand while his Mum and sister sat in the opposite direction. We all kept quiet waiting for his Dad to speak. I got up from the floor and looked at myself in the mirror. I wasn't seeing Gina anymore, i saw anger, revenge and bitterness. Such that i have never seen before. All these while, i had accepted whatever life threw at me but at that point, i was ready to pay back. I felt so cheated. I forgot the fact that i was in love with Tosin. -They spent the blood money together anyway- i thought. I got out of the toilet and checked if there was anyone around. I heard them talking in the sitting room so i managed to find my way to the kitchen without letting anyone notice i was out. I rampaged the whole kitchen silently till i found where the knives were kept. I felt there was a reason why i discovered the truth that fateful day and what other reason could be more than revenging the death of my family. I brought out two knives and hid them behind me. Chapter 10 When i got home, i put off my shoes and laid on the bed. Few minutes later, i heard a knock on my door. I wasn't expecting anyone so quick after i got back home from church. I got up and asked who it was. I heard a familiar voice. -Tosin?- I opened the door and he walked in smiling. I didn't understand what the smile meant. He entered and sat on my bed while i closed the door and joined him. He was still smiling so i decided to keep quiet till he says something. I was still a bit angry at him for deserting me in church anyway. Chapter 9 As the weeks rolled into months, i realised i couldn't do without Tosin. I had vowed not to fall for any man till i get my degree but falling for Tosin was totally out of my control. Later i got scared he may not feel the same way i felt so i tried to cover my emotions especially when we are together. Who wouldn't fall for Tosin anyway? He's handsome, tall, chocolate in skin colour, jovial, spiritually strong, matured, knows how to make ladies giggle, strong, intelligent, speaks eloquently, goal oriented, likes talking about what you'd want to hear like family and it's vices....... In short, he's a definition of what we'd call a perfect husband material. Later,  i started keeping off just to prevent myself from fantasising unnecessarily about him. Chapter 8 I got admitted into Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Ondo state the following year to study Business Administration. Tinu was so full of joy. She jumped and screamed when i broke the news to her. She took me out to one of the student canteen in school to spoil me. Few months later, i prepared to leave Ife. Tinu couldn't hide the tears when i was leaving. She had taken me as a sister she couldn't do without. We spend her pocket money together most times even though i try to contribute to certain things in the room but she'd always make sure I was comfortable. I packed my few belongings and headed to Akungba. I had been saving for school for 2years so i had enough to pay for my tuition fees and other things. Tinu also gave me some money. Chapter 7 It was when i got to Moses' house that i discovered he was married. I never see him with a woman in church and that made me assume he must still be single. Well, he's not the kind of person you'd likely find a lot of people with. He keeps to himself most times in church and it was kind of a shock the first day he spoke to me. I entered into his 2 room apartment and met a lady watching the TV. At first i thought it was his sister and then he introduced her to me.
